Channel Auto Care started with one bay, a scan tool, and a simple rule: show the customer the problem before you charge them for it.
Our story
We grew up around Oxnard, working on the same trucks and commuter cars that fill the 101 every morning. When we opened Channel Auto Care, we wanted a shop that could take a car all the way through: diagnose the fault, do the mechanical repair, and if it came in on a tow truck after a collision, straighten and refinish the body too.
That means fewer handoffs for you. One shop writes the estimate, talks to your insurance adjuster, and hands the keys back. And because we live here, the people who bring us their cars are neighbors, coworkers, and the parents on the same little league sideline.
